• Air conditioner installation services are provided at your home by specialized & certified personnel and for R32 refrigerant.
• Installation is carried out within 3-15 business days from the date of receipt of the product at the customer's site. During peak periods (high temperatures) or remote areas, the installation time may be extended.
• A 1-year guarantee of good installation is provided.
• The service covers a brick masonry drilling. Stone wall drilling is not covered.
• The removal of an old air conditioner is not covered.
• After the installation is complete, a demonstration of the device is performed.
• The installation uses the factory accessories included in the product box.
• The installation includes the installation of the outdoor unit up to a height of 3 meters.
• The work includes a piping length of up to 3 meters and for additional meters there is an additional charge upon consultation.
• The electrical connection is provided to the length of the cable. For additional meters there is an additional charge upon consultation.
• For air conditioners 18,000-24,000 BTU, an additional electrical line with a 3x2.5 cable and a 20 A fuse is required next to the installation location of the air conditioner. In the event that there is no installed power supply line, the work must be done by an electrician.
• It is noted that the installation cannot be done at a point where the structural elements (columns, beams) of the house may be affected.
• Additional materials (e.g. connection materials, electromechanical equipment, software, gutters) that are not specifically mentioned in the scope of the services, are required for the execution of the service and are not included in the price of the service package, will be charged to the customer additionally.
• The service does not include carpentry work.
• The service does not include construction work.

Any work that deviates from all of the above or any unjustified delay in the time-duration of the installation of the air conditioner without the fault of the workshop will be charged accordingly.
